ENTRY REQUIREMENT For Admission Into College of Nursing Maiduguri Admission Form into ND in Nursing, Community Nursing, & Community Midwifery 2024

1. National Diploma (ND) in Nursing: in addition to the O level, Candidate most have sat for 2024 JAMB examination with relevant subjects (Biology, Chemistry, English & Physics)
2. Candidates for all the programs must possess five credits in O, level at not more than two (2) sittings which shall include; Mathematics, English, Chemistry, Physics and Biology.
3. Candidates with awaiting results are not eligible and NABTEB result can only be combine with another NABTEB result to make deficit in the required subjects.
4. Candidates must not be less than 17 years at the time of purchasing the form

2. Summit evidence of payment and collect receipt at the College Bursary Department

3. All candidates are expected to summit copy of print out form to the college administrative office
