1. JAMB Result Slip
2. O/L Result
3. Certificate of Local Government Origin
4. Two (2) Recent Passport Photographs
5. The Application Form(photocopy) and Bursary receipt and;
6. Birth Certificate
NOTE:- Candidates are also advised to make themselves available for the screening and adhere strictly to all COVID-10 protocols
This is the last screening exercise for 2021/2022 academic session.
