The Wole Ogunyemi Foundation undergraduate scholarship program offers financial support to economically disadvantaged students in Nigerian universities. Selected awardees receive a cash prize of ₦100,000 to cover a range of educational expenses including tuition and fees, room and board, books and supplies, and transportation.
ELIGIBILITY for Wole Ogunyemi Foundation Undergraduate Scholarship Program for 2024
The scholarship is awarded to applicants with genuine financial need who meet the requirements listed below:
- Full time undergraduate in the second year of study (200 level) or above.
- Have a minimum CGPA (cumulative grade point average) of 3.5 or its equivalent.
- Not a beneficiary of any other scholarship or study grant.
SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS
To be considered for this scholarship, candidates must submit a duly completed application form and provide the following supporting documents for verification purposes:
- Copy of transcript from the last academic session.
- Copy of WAEC or NECO result.
- A signed letter of recommendation (Download Reference Letter template).
DEADLINE:- To be considered for the 2024/2025 academic year scholarship, please submit your application and all supporting documents on or before 30 August 2024.
SELECTION PROCESS
All applications are reviewed by the scholarship panel, supporting documents are verified, and shortlisted candidates are invited for an interview before a final selection is made.
