This is to inform all candidates who are seeking for admission into the Federal University of Petroleum Resources – FUPRE, Effurun, Delta State, that the Post UTME application form 2022 information is now available.
Is Federal University of Petroleum Resources – FUPRE A Federal or State University?
Federal University of Petroleum Resources, also known as FUPRE is a federal government-owned institution in Nigeria.
Read the information below on how to apply, cut off mark, deadline (closing date), eligibility, and other details:
- Online application commences Monday 29th July, 2024.
- Online application closes Monday 19th August, 2024.
- The Examination begins on Monday, September 9th, 2024.
Requirements and Eligibility for FUPRE Post UTME Form for 2024
- All candidates who chose the Federal University of Petroleum Resources, Effurun, (FUPRE) Delta State, as their first choice and scored 150 and above in the 2024 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) are hereby invited to the FUPRE Post UTME Screening Exercise.
- Eligible candidates are those who have five (5) O’ Level credits at one or two sittings (including English Language and Mathematics) OR, are awaiting results which would be released before the conclusion of the admission exercise.
- Successful upload of O’ Level results on the JAMB portal is mandatory for admission. Candidates are advised to as soon as possible, visit any CBT centre to upload their complete O’ Level results, without which they cannot be considered for admission.
PLEASE NOTE: The “Change of Course” MUST be done before registration for the Post UTME. To be eligible for admission, affected candidates are to register for and write their Post UTME under the new course.
While applying for a “Change of Course”, candidates should ensure that they possess the necessary UTME and WAEC subject combination required to fit into the new programme. Candidate may visit the University website to view the admission requirements
How to Apply for FUPRE Post UTME Form for 2024

1. Open your web browser (like Google Chrome or Firefox, Edge etc) on your computer.
2. In the address bar at the top of the browser, type in https://utme.fupre.edu.ng/panel/ and press Enter. This will take you to the registration website.
- Click “Make Payment” for Post UTME to make a payment of N2,000.00 (Two Thousand Naira) only.
- Enter “JAMB Registration Number” and click “Validate” and follow the payment instructions.
- After payment, click “Apply Now”, Enter the payment RRR Number and click “Proceed”
- Fill the online application form carefully
- Use a Password that can be easily remembered as the same will be used to access screening results and also confirm admission status.
- Use a functional mobile phone number(s).
- Preview and verify the information entered.
- Thereafter, click the ‘Submit’ and print out the registration confirmation page.
- Login with your JAMB Number and the Password thereafter to monitor admission status.
