REQUIREMENT For Admission Into National Orthopedic Hospital Enugu Nursing Admission Forms for 2024

• 1. Must be 16 years and above at the time of application
• 2. Must obtain in not more than two sitting O’ Level Credit passes in English, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics from WAEC, NECO, GCE or at one sitting from NABTEB
• 3. Birth Certificate/declaration of age (Not Baptismal Card)
• 4. Testimonial from the last school attended
• 5. Marriage Certificate (if married)
• 6. Two (2) recent passport photographs
• 7. Mode of Identification (NIN, PVC, Driver’s License,International Passport)
• 8. Basic Nursing Certificate/Licenses (for Post Basic Nursing applicants only)
• 9. Original/Photocopies of all relevant document will be sighted during interview.
